I am a chartered accountant and Lawyer active in business and professional practice. I am a former Member of Parliament and City Councilor. I have a wide range of experience with small to large business and with leading of volunteers in non-profit organisations. I served as the Divisional Executive of Enforcement at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) responsible for enforcement of financial sector law in South Africa. I have sat on various company boards (Private and Publicly listed) in both Executive and Non Executive roles. I have received the designation of CD(SA), Chartered Director South Africa by the Institute of Directors. I am also a a Certified Fraud Examiner. I apply my business and professional experience to Government, due to my sincere desire to see South Africa overcome its’ many socio-economic challenges and create a South Africa where all can live dignified lives, with jobs and in a fair society.
